The Detroit Church of Christ’s annual softball league is almost here! This league is a competitive league open to anyone 13 or older.

Dave and Kathy Eastman will be addressing common problems that occur in the physical relationship in marriage. The focus will be how to communicate with each other about these problem areas. It is often very difficult for couples to talk with each other about these concerns in their own marriage and even harder to get outside help and support. Even if a couple doesn’t feel this Workshop would be a need in their own lives, it is helpful to hear the information being presented so we can build a “common language” around this topic.
Dave and Kathy Eastman have served in the full-time ministry for over 40 years in churches throughout the United Sates and Canada. Dave has a passion for teaching, preaching and the Worship Ministry. Kathy has a Master’s Degree in Social Work/Counseling and is a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for incorporating emotional and spiritual health practices in her teaching. The Eastmans have three adult children who are each married to wonderful spouses and seven beautiful grandchildren who are the light of their lives.
Due to the specific issues being addressed, this workshop will NOT be recorded and it.will not be live-streamed.
Join the Detroit Church Married’s Ministry for a fun Fall evening! Hay rides, pumpkin patch, corn maze, Cider and Donuts! Hay ride and corn maze is $5 per persons.
On July 15th the Lansing Church will be hosting an All Michigan Marrieds Event. It will be at Burchfield Park in Holt Michigan. This will be a great day of fun and fellowship, not only with your spouse, but with other couples throughout Michigan.
There are many fun activities available like hiking, mountain biking, canoeing or kayaking and even a scavenger hunt. The cost is $30/couple and includes lunch (Smoked BBQ or vegetarian options) and entrance to the park.

Starting February 12th and for the five weeks after we invite you and your spouse to join us for a marriage devotional series where we work through the book Cherish by Gary Thomas. The sessions will be after church, childcare will be provided. Limited spaces available so register now!
Join the Detroit Church of Christ as we host a Marriage Workshop with special guest speakers: Tony and Melanie Singh. They will share how to have a loving and godly marriage.
The event will be held at Harvest International Ministries from 10 AM until 12 PM.
The Detroit Church of Christ's Annual Christmas Banquet is back! Join us for a beautiful evening of dinner, dancing, and Christmas season fun! This is a great event to invite your friends and neighbors, or go on a special date night! Anyone over 18 is welcome to register. Attire is Semi-formal.

Marrieds’ please join us for an autumn evening of jazz and joy! We will be entertained with two hours of jazz as well as fire pits, garden strolls, hot cider and donuts and even roast s’mores!
